New Product Development

We take a scientific approach to new ideas. There is much more than just getting the flavour right! Using our unique hands-on approach, we’ve created a number of award-winning new products.

With a ready made test group (we have a factory team who love trying new products!), and the facilities to scale up we can offer great speed to market with a tried and tested production method.

Blending and Filling

We are world leaders in non-alcoholic spirits production. Owing to our technical backgrounds, we are proud to have a globally unique process allowing us to bottling within this exciting category, working with over 25 brands within this space.

In 2021, we obtained our Compounder of Spirits Licence and branched into alcoholic spirits bottling, expanding our offering to new and existing customers!

We are also highly skilled in all types of liquid filling, from sauces, honeys and CBD healthcare products to food and drink supplements. We can fill containers from 4mL vials to 1000L IBCs. Typical bottle sizes range from 5cL to 75cL.

Hand Assembly and Rework / Rectification

We take top-quality care in hand assembly jobs, where machine work is not unsuitable.

Repacking into other formats, rework/rectification where product is not to specification (and needs to be fixed for sale), gift packing and shelf ready packaging, hand labelling, addition of wax tops, and more!

Warehouse and Storage

We have recently expanded to offer a dedicated storage space of over 3,000 sq ft to accomodate both wet and dry goods for short-to-long term storage. Having your goods on stored on site saves costs in transport and the hassle!

Our secure facility is a bonded warehouse authorised by HMRC, offering a specialised service, especially for our size.
